Stevie Wonder, John Mayer, Nas, and Dave Chappelle pay tribute to Prince at impromptu gig
It appears that Stevie Wonder, Nas, John Mayer, and Dave Chappelle teamed up for an impromptu Prince tribute gig earlier today/last night.
The artists - apparently alongside Prince's band - performed a six (or four) hour gig (or jam session) in Hollywood at No Name, an enigmatic venue with a "no-phone policy" along L.A.’s Fairfax Avenue. The show was hosted by Chappelle and the venue's owner/founder Bryan Ling, and took place last night (26 April), but only finished a short while ago.
Details of the intimate show are leaking out on social media. Some info, including pics and clips, have seeped online despite the phone ban:
