Lots of people are selling their Prince collections on eBay
Prince's sudden death has elicited a great range of reactions from fans - including the kneejerk desire to flog their collections on eBay.
Currently there are lots of personal records and signed items - all new listings - up for hefty sums. There's even a backstage pass, signed Purple Rain vinyl (no certificate of authenticity), and photo disc up for almost $4000.
In fact, there's a few of lots asking for well over a grand - here, here, here - and someone's even thrown up a selection of Platinum Records (In House Awards) for Purple Rain at $500 a pop. Meanwhile a plectrum and some band sigs will set you back £200, and this signed edition of Lovesexy is up for £999.
One eye-catching piece on the site is asking for $50,000. It's a Richard Andri pop-art portrait of The Purple One, painted in 1986.
