Before his recent hospitalisation for "exhaustion", Kanye took to the stage in San Jose to declare his support for the incoming Republican President. Today's visit to Trump Tower is Kanye's second public appearance since leaving hospital.
The President-elect's spokesman Hope Hicks has reportedly confirmed that Kanye's visit is to meet with Donald Trump.
"We've been friends for a long time," Trump told crowds while posing with Kanye after their meeting.
TMZ report that it was Kanye who asked for the "15 minute sitdown".
