Donna Summer’s estate call out Kanye West for using "I Feel Love" sample without permission
Following the release of his album, Vultures, made in collaboration with Ty Dolla $ign, Kanye West has come under fire for using samples without permission.
Last week, Ozzy Osbourne shared a post on his social media accounts attacking the "antisemite" for using a sample of "Iron Man", even though he was denied permission to use it.
"Kanye West asked permission to sample a section of a 1983 live performance of "Iron Man" from the US festival without vocals & was refused permission because he is an antisemite and has caused untold heartache to many," Osbourne wrote. "He went ahead and used the sample anyway at his album listening party last night. I want no association with this man."
Donna Summer’s estate says that Kanye West was denied permission to use her classic “I Feel Love” on his album:

Now, the estate of Donna Summer has called out West for doing the same thing with a sample on his track, "Good (Don’t Die)".
Sharing a text post on their Instagram Stories, the estate wrote: “Kanye West asked permission to use Donna Summer’s song I Feel Love, he was denied…he changed the words, had someone re sing it or used AI but it’s I Feel Love," adding that the use of the song appears to be "copyright infringement".
Kanye West has shared a photo of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne dressed up as himself and his wife Bianca Censori, seemingly in response to using the Black Sabbath song without permission, but he is yet to share a statement to Donna Summer's estate.
