Charli XCX teases new song after cancelled SNL performance
Charli XCX has gifted fans with a new CRASH song teaser on socials after her Saturday Night Live performance was cancelled due to production switching to a limited crew following a rise in COVID cases.
On Saturday (18 December), Charli XCX announced that her musical performances on Saturday Night Live would no longer be taking place "due to the limited crew at tonight's taping of SNL."
She still appeared in a pre-recorded sketch alongside host Paul Rudd called The Christmas Socks as a singing parrot called TJ Rocks.

Yesterday (19 December) Charli XCX decided to treat fans with a preview of a track from her upcoming album CRASH. Although she didn't share the track title, Rina Sawayama commented on her Instagram post, making fans think it could be a snippet of their collaboration on the record.
