Billie Eilish plays acoustic set for fans after show is cancelled due to bad weather
Billie Eilish was due to play Mexico City's Foro Sol last night on her Happier Than Ever World Tour, but unfortunately the event was cancelled at the last minute due to heavy rainfall.
In order to avoid disappointing fans who had already been queueing at the venue, and those who chose to endure the bad weather, Eilish and her brother Finneas decided to salvage the evening by going out on stage and performing a short acoustic set.
Opening with her breakout single "ocean eyes", Eilish is said to have played 6 songs, including "when the party's over", from 2020's Grammy Award-winning WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?, and the title track to its follow-up album Happier Than Ever.

After the short performance, Eilish urged fans to hold onto their tickets as she would be announcing a reschedule date as soon as possible. She added, “That was truly really special for me, I love you so much.”
The performance has been rescheduled for tonight, 30 March.
